Five Nights at Frickbear's 2
Five Nights at Frickbear's 2 is a fan-made survival horror game created with Scratch and built around the familiar FNAF-style office defense formula. You take control of a night guard trapped in a dangerous shift, with several animatronics capable of approaching through different routes.
Your goal is simple: keep the threats under control and reach 6 AM on each of the five nights. The difficulty comes from managing several defensive tools at once while reacting to different animatronic behaviors. Put on your mask, check the monitor, use the flashlight, and control the doors before a threat reaches you.
HOW TO SURVIVE ALL FIVE NIGHTS
Each night puts you in the office with several tools for tracking and stopping incoming animatronics. Five Nights at Frickbear's 2 requires you to switch between these defenses as threats change position.
- Check the monitor: Press S to open the monitor and track activity around the building. Some animatronics can use the vents, so regular camera checks help you follow their movement.
- Use the mask: Press W when an animatronic reaches the office and requires the mask response. React quickly instead of leaving the mask until the last moment.
- Control both doors: Press A to close the left door and D to close the right door. Check which entrance needs protection before using either control.
- Check dark areas: Press Z to use the flashlight when you need to inspect areas that cannot be checked clearly through normal observation.
- Manage the fan: Press X to turn the fan on or off. Keep track of this system while handling other incoming threats.
- Reach 6 AM: Survive each shift and complete all five nights to finish the main challenge in Five Nights at Frickbear's 2.
React to Different Animatronic Threats
The large enemy roster is one reason you cannot follow a single routine for every night. Patch notes specifically mention adjustments to Nightmare BB, RXQ, Nightmarionne, Scrap Baby, and vent-based animatronics such as BB and Mr. Hippo. Audio positioning for vent threats was also fixed during development.
Keep your attention on both visual information and sound. The game's creator specifically recommends headphones because audio cues around the pizzeria can help you notice threats.
